Nannette Wortham, Hearing instrument Specialist for The Hearing Aid Center joined our team March 2021.
Nannette graduated from University of Tennessee at Martin. She loves helping people hear better through the technology available to us today. She began working in the hearing industry in 2000 and decided this is the career she loves. She changed her career path from becoming a veterinarian to working with those in need of better hearing. “It is such a rewarding job to serve others and help them regain communication with their friends and families.” She has an understanding of what it is like to have hearing loss and compassion to find the best solution for each patient.
She enjoys going to the beach, horseback riding, barrel racing, hiking, traveling and playing with her dogs.
The receptionist and audiologist were great, they were both professional and friendly. The hearing tests were very thorough. They included speech listening patterns and the parts of words that were causing me the most difficulty in understanding the words I can hear.
